Claudio Minder
CEO of Kybun Joya group
Claudio Minder, CEO of the kybun Joya Group, lives with his family in the Appenzell region of Switzerland. He grew up in Italy as the son of missionaries. His company specializes in the design and distribution of health-oriented footwear, aiming to help people walk and stand without pain through innovative shoe technologies.
The German trade magazine Schuhkurier recognized Claudio Minder and his business partner, Karl Müller, as the only Swiss entrepreneurs among the “Leaders of the Year 2024.”
His daily life is far from ordinary: full of adventures, unexpected turns, inspiring lessons, and valuable reflections. Among all these challenges, one thing remains most important to Claudio Minder: faith. He describes himself with the words: “God is my CEO”, and this belief guides and inspires him on his entrepreneurial journey.
Adam Wałach
Entrepreneur and philanthropist. Co-founder of Walmark.
An entrepreneur and philanthropist, he lives in the Czech Republic. Together with his two brothers, he founded the pharmaceutical company Walmark. The company grew to 900 employees across nine countries, and in 2010 the brothers received the “Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Czech Republic” award.
After selling the company in 2015, Adam and his brothers founded the investment firm ATERNUS (https://www.aternus.cz/en/) to use their profits, experience, and influence to support and serve Christian initiatives, primarily in Europe.
The Walach brothers also established the 3W Foundation (https://www.3wfoundation.org/en/), to which they irrevocably transferred 30% of their wealth. The goal of this family foundation is primarily to provide financial and expert support to organizations working to promote Christianity in Europe.
Adam is also the founder of EGCC: European Great Commission Collaboration (www.egcc.eu), a platform for collaboration among donors from around the world who aim to invest financially in strategic Christian projects in Europe. In Poland, this organization operates under the umbrella of Forum Hojności (https://forumhojnosci.pl/).
Adam is passionate about skiing, mountain biking, running, and music. Together with his wife Grażyna, they have three children.
Toby Hughes
Founder and CEO
of Wonderborn Media Group
Toby Hughes is a British entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Wonderborn Media Group, a company dedicated to developing, producing, and distributing high-quality family, educational, and faith-based entertainment. Since its founding in 2017, Wonderborn has grown into a respected name in children’s media, delivering engaging and values-driven content to audiences around the world.
Prior to Wonderborn, Toby founded Moneyhub, a pioneering financial technology company that played a key role in the early adoption of open banking in the UK. His entrepreneurial career spans over two decades, during which he has launched and led multiple successful ventures in both the media and tech industries.
Toby is also an active supporter of startups and innovation, serving as a Non-Executive Director and advisor to several early-stage companies. His work reflects a strong commitment to purposeful content and technology that positively impacts lives and communities.
Reuben Coulter
Partner at Ignis Global
Reuben Coulter is Partner at Ignis Global, Senior Advisor to Faith Driven Investor and a Senior Fellow at Belmont University. He also advises a portfolio of global impact funds.
Prior to this, he was CEO of Transformational Business Network, a global impact investment network, and Associate Director for Africa at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland. He has served as a trustee of Bristol City Funds, a place-based impact fund and was Chair of the Irish Humanitarian Committee.
He completed an Executive Masters in Leadership with Wharton, Colombia, London and INSEAD Business Schools and a Masters in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
